If you are planning on making any repair, improvement or change to the exterior of your townhome you MUST complete and submit, with the deposit, the required Architectural and Landscape approval form. No work can begin until the Architectural Landscape Control Committee (ALCC) has approved your request. Work begun before approval will be subject to a fine. Please see each individual form for specific information. Information on what will be approved can also be found in the Acacia Rules and Regulations.
