Halloween decorations need to be removed by November 9th. This includes witches, ghosts, skeletons, jack o lanterns, black cats, etc. Pumpkin light post toppers will be considered a fall decoration. Fall decorations may remain through Thanksgiving weekend. These are items such as corn stalks,
pumpkins, scarecrows, turkeys, etc.
